Mavryck Reach LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates as a B2B performance marketing consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with our services, website, or engage us as a client.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including business contact details (name, email, phone, company name), billing and payment information, campaign briefs, advertising account credentials shared for managed services, analytics data, and communications exchanged during engagement.

We may also collect technical data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through standard web analytics tools (e.g., GA4).

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver contracted B2B marketing, analytics, SEO, and ABM services
To manage campaign performance, reporting, and billing
To communicate project updates, invoices, and strategic recommendations
To comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests
To improve our internal processes and service quality

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share data with trusted sub-processors (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, demand-side platforms) strictly to fulfill contracted services. All sub-processors are contractually bound to appropriate data protection standards.

4. Data Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years for financial and compliance records, unless a shorter retention period is required by law or agreed upon in writing.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect client data, including encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission protocols. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the B2B consulting and managed marketing services provided by Mavryck Reach LLC ("Company") to its clients ("Client"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Mavryck Reach LLC provides B2B performance marketing services including, but not limited to: multi-channel paid media orchestration (LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, DSPs), technical SEO and content architecture, analytics engineering and server-side tracking, and account-based marketing (ABM) infrastructure. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

2. Engagement & Payment

Services commence upon receipt of a signed SOW and initial payment. Invoices are issued monthly or as defined in the SOW. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than thirty (30) days.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to: provide timely access to required ad accounts, analytics platforms, and CRM systems; designate a point of contact for approvals; supply accurate business information; and comply with platform advertising policies. Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery timelines without liability to Mavryck Reach LLC.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns all custom deliverables created specifically for them (ad creatives, reports, custom code). Mavryck Reach LLC retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in service delivery.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for three (3) years.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mavryck Reach LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific advertising performance outcomes, as results depend on market conditions, platform algorithms, and factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. The Client remains liable for fees for work performed through the termination date. The Company may terminate immediately for material breach or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

Mavryck Reach LLC provides professional B2B consulting and managed marketing services. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows.

1. General Policy

All service fees paid to Mavryck Reach LLC are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This is because our services involve the immediate allocation of skilled consultant time, strategic planning resources, and third-party platform costs that cannot be recovered.

2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

If a Client cancels a signed engagement before any work has commenced, a full refund of the initial payment will be issued, minus any non-recoverable third-party or administrative costs incurred (e.g., platform setup fees, software licenses procured on behalf of the Client).

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Mavryck Reach LLC in the following circumstances:

The Company fails to deliver agreed-upon core deliverables as defined in the SOW within a reasonable timeframe due to Company fault
A mutual agreement is reached to terminate the engagement early, and prepaid fees cover a future period not yet worked

In such cases, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unworked time, less any costs already incurred.

4. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

Mavryck Reach LLC does not control or hold client advertising budgets. Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, LinkedIn, DSPs) or passed through to platforms on behalf of clients is subject to each platform's own refund and billing policies. We cannot issue refunds for third-party platform charges.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the disputed invoice at contact@mavryckreach.com. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
